All items are sold as is as shown with no warranty or guarantee expressed or implied. All purchase items are subject to buyer‘s physical inspection. All reserve deposits are 100% refundable if after physical inspection the buyer decide for any reason not to complete the purchase. Damage to equipment during the pickup and delivery process is entirely the responsible of the buyer even if Bkkauctioneers arranges for pickup and delivery of equipment on behalf of the buyer.
Pickup, Removal and storage charges
Buyers must arrange for pickup and removal of purchased items on or before the specified scheduled date, if items are left after the scheduled date for removal they will be considered abandoned and sold to another buyer with no refund granted to the original buyer. Any equipment left at Bkkauctioneers warehouse facility will be subject to storage fee’s after 30 days with no notification to the buyer. Minimum storage charge is 2,500฿ per month or 250฿ per Square meter which ever is greater.
